you’re ready to feel seen
Therapy for Pregnancy in Kentucky
You were thrilled to find out you’re expecting, but now you feel off.
You’ve read the books and researched pediatricians, but you still don’t feel that “glow” everyone talks about. You feel excited for motherhood but wonder if you’re the only one who feels this worried, this uncomfortable, and this overwhelmed.
ITS TIME YOU FEEL LESS ALONE.
Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or your fifth, therapy that supports your pregnancy journey provides opportunity to slow down and feel seen.
I’m here for you.
You’re allowed to bring your honest thoughts. It’s time you feel supported, not judged.
Many clients have shared the unfortunate truth- they feel dismissed, under supported, and isolated. When the world screams unsolicited advice and fear of the unknown steals your joy, it’s hard to stand on solid ground throughout your pregnancy. As a certified perinatal mental health therapist, I feel honored to help create a soft-landing for my clients. Together, we create a postpartum plan to help you feel prepared logistically (hello, sleepless nights) and emotionally (holy, hormones!). We will work on identifying effective strategies-unique to you- that help you meet your goals.
