I work with women of all ages and stages of life! While my specialty is motherhood, I truly enjoy working with women navigating college, careers, and relationships.

Appointments are held through a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. You will receive an email or text with a link to our private session. All you need is a private space (babies are welcome!), stable internet and a computer or phone.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. It uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping) to help the brain reprocess experiences so they lose their emotional charge. Don’t worry, we work on building trust and resources for grounded before we dive in. If you have any questions, I’m happy to walk you through it!

Initial Evaluation- $160
Follow up sessions- $150
I currently accept Aetna insurance. I am an out of network provider for all other insurances and can provide superbills upon request. This is a detailed receipt that can be submitted to insurance providers for possible reimbursement.

Because each client has their own story and personalized goals, it’s hard to say how long your therapy journey will be. I’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re going at a pace you’re comfortable with.
