your faith is important to you
Christian Counseling for Women in Kentucky
You thought your faith was strong but now God feels distant.
Motherhood is one of the most vulnerable, stretching, faith-shaping seasons a woman can walk through. Whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or parenting multiple children- your emotional world changes quickly. For many women, faith becomes part of this journey. For others, it can feel complicated.
My approach is simple: your faith can be part of our work when you want it to be.
Never forced, never assumed, and yet always respected. Your needs and spiritual wellbeing guide the process.
I’m here for you.
You’re not lost. You’re in your becoming.
Many moms that I work with have this idea that things will “just get better” with time. They say, “This is just motherhood.” My hot take? It’s okay to admit that motherhood is hard (because it is!) and if you’re not investing in yourself proactively, then things won’t “feel better”- they just get buried. My certification in perinatal mental health gives me specialized training in supporting women throughout the seasons of motherhood. Raising children can expose childhood wounds, grief, unhealthy patterns of communication, and the societal pressure to have it all together. Therapy can help identify your pain points, regulate through each hardship, and rewrite the script in your life.
You don’t have to white-knuckle it. You definitely don’t have to suck it up. And you certainly don’t have time to stay stuck in fight or flight mode. Therapy can help- you deserve care too.
Feel familiar?
Are you struggling to feel blessed in the midst of big emotions?
Ever wonder if the Lord really listens to those prayers in the middle of the night?
Do you desire to have more of a “village”?
Tired of feeling relentless mom guilt?
Here’s the truth
Despite societal pressure, there is no room to be concerned with bouncing back in motherhood.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
01 you feel at peace with investing in yourself
You protect your time and feel present in the moment- no longer ridden with mom guilt. You’ve created your village and find validation through these relationships.
02 you speak up for what you need
You know your boundaries and share them confidently. No second guessing or anxious thoughts. You feel confident in your motherhood.
03 you feel aligned and connected
You make decisions and live your life on your terms. You feel connected to your partner and enjoy your relationship with your children more.
When all is said and done, here’s the thing:
Getting the support you need isn’t selfish.
