I want you to truly hear this:

Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a testament to your strength.

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that we all deserve therapy.

If you’re here, my guess is that you have been hiding behind your bubbly personality, ambitious goal-setting, and driven mindset. There’s a good chance you’ve been noticing how overwhelming it feels to carry the weight of your own thoughts. And I bet sometimes, you second guess yourself while trying to hold it all together- especially when it comes to your motherhood journey.

That’s where therapy comes in. Whether you’re an expecting mom with an adorable baby bump, a first-time mom snuggling your newborn, or a seasoned mom proudly cheering for your kids on the sidelines- you deserve to feel less anxious, more centered, and fully confident in your motherhood.

How I work

Central to my therapeutic approach is a down-to-earth style. Because healing doesn’t happen with scripts.

The women I work with are exhausted by the time they find me. They’ve googled symptoms, felt dismissed by others, and often times ask, “am I crazy?” throughout their pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Motherhood is the most beautiful journey- one that highlights new depths of love, forgiveness and resiliency. But without the right therapeutic support, it can feel full of messy spirals, heavy depression, and rapid burn out.

I’m certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). This provides structure to my clinical knowledge and treatment planning for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. As a mom myself, I believe that true empowerment comes from genuine connection- which is why you won’t ever get clinical jargon from me.

Therapy with me is

Rooted in evidence-based practices with a warm feel because your feelings matter here.

Relational- someone who remembers your therapeutic goals AND that one sleepless night you crawled on the floor looking for a paci.

A permission slip to show up as your genuine self each session. No more masking or pretending.

Genuine interest in your story, compassion for the ugly parts, and gentle challenging for the hard truths.

Therapy with me is not

Surface level chit chat or a cookie-cutter approach to healing.

Tips and tricks to “hack” healing, and push through your pain.

A place for shame, criticism or judgement on your experience.

Bland, stale or clinically cold. To be transparent, I don’t hide my facial expressions well.
